| Description BONETTI's forged steel Manifolds are specially designed for for steam tracing applications. They can be used for steam distribution as well as for condensate collection and recovery. The manifolds can be supplied in ASTM A105 or in ASTM A350 LF2 material for low temperatures down to -46°C BONETTI Manifolds are equipped with integral built in stop Piston valves, that BONETTI successfully is manufacturing since 1926 (more than 5,000,000 Piston Valves have been sold by BONETTI to Customers worldwide). The Piston valves have the BONETTI's exclusive patented Piston valve Rings that extended the performance range of this type of valve: they are now capable of meeting tight shut off at increased temperature requirements: from –100°C up to 550 °C and Fire-Safe! The BONETTI compact manifold can be supplied with 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 connections (or more, upon request). The 4 station type is a single forging piece. From 6 connection and over manifolds are welded. Upon request, a special 8 station single piece forged manifold can be supplied. Top and bottom manifold standard connection to main steam line or to condensate line are size 1".½ and can be supplied socket weld or butt weld, (flanged upon request). Top, bottom or both top & bottom of manifold connections can be supplied equipped with a 1".½ stop Piston valve.
